I am not modern
and these are
modern times.
No room for scaffolding,
lets get straight to
condo fees.
I am a patient man
in the here and
now.
Expecting nothing
and wanting even
less.
If I were to die in a parking garage
I would call myself a car.
Sit parked here
on this couch for many
unfruitful hours.
