why do we "fall in love"?
why can't we land in love?
maybe because falling in love means you've stepped into a gaping abyss,
and no matter how much you try to stop the the fall,
no matter how hard you try to land back in reality,
realizing hitting rock bottom isn't worth the pleasure love seldom brings,
you never get to land in love,
you just fall
