You got me caught up in you
My heart trapped in yours
I have cried myself to sleep for years now
My heart has shrunk from bleeding every night
Love is not meant to be so painful
I�ve been dying a little everyday
You love to see me in pain
It�s a beautiful pain I must say
And when my heart hurts
The pain goes deep to my core
The only pleasure I know
At times, I beg for tears
To cleanse this blood from my heart
You see, my heart does not just hurt
It bleeds while it hurts
But tonight, I break free
Free my heart of you
Your disregard has killed me again tonight
I have died of unrequited love
The most painful death there is
But it�s now midnight
And I rise�
Untangle your grip from my heart
I snatch my heart from yours as it bleeds ever so more
This broken heart is mine
Mine to give
I have become a rebel
Rebel against love
The most futile kind
And this bleeding heart I will mend
For it belongs to him
He who is worthy of my love
A rebel like me
